Bioinformatics
The Bioinformatics Core assists with providing bioinformatics capabilities to help researchers more effectively manage, analyze and utilize their experimental data, resulting in the enhancement and empowerment of research, discovery and clinical application. Services provided include nucleic acid, genomic, functional genomic and protein data analysis in collaboration with investigators; large data set manipulation and management; data visualization; high-performance computing; application and database access, usage and implementation; and Internet-based data dissemination solutions.
