SOP Training Procedure
Introduction
This SOP describes how a person who works in the laboratory of the Division of Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics to be trained on SOPs that are related to his or her job duties.
Procedure
- A person can start to do laboratory work only after he or she being trained on related SOPs.
- A person can be trained on SOPs by either self-reading or a trainer.
- The Division Chief will answer any SOP related questions if by self-reading training.
- Upon finishing SOP training, the trainees have to sign on a SOP training record form (see Attachment 1), and then let the trainer and/or the Division Chief sign the form. The signed form will be returned to Administrative Assistant of the C&P Division as a permanent record.
- A "CP&T STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE" folder is provided in the laboratory for refreshing after training. The SOP could be reviewed when necessary.
