Dr. Luberti currently heads the CBMi's Informatics Education Division with a Masters in Information Science, more than 7 years experience with the implementation of several Ambulatory Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems at CHOP, and EpicCare Certification. In addition to serving as Medical Director of the EpicCare Ambulatory EMR Program, Dr. Luberti serves as Medical Director of CHOP's nurse call center, which triages over 110,000 after-hours clinical calls per year and covers more than 30 pediatric practices. Tony is active in the daily practice of pediatrics at the Hospital's Primary Care Centers, primarily as the supervising/attending physician for pediatric residents providing primary and acute care for infants, children, and adolescents.

Mark is responsible for creating and implementing educational programs relating to informatics. Mark holds a doctor of education in higher education leadership from Widener University and a master of business administration from LaSalle University. His background includes extensive experience in training relating to electronic medical records. Mark has trained in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings and is a certified analyst in EpicCare Ambulatory. Mark recently received a certificate from Stanford University for completing a course in medical informatics.
