More Details: Come explore a unique bioinformatics technology for systems biology that enables complete reconstruction of mammalian cellular functionality from interactions data at the level of ligand-receptor interactions, cell signaling and regulation and core metabolism. This seminar will feature presentations by local researchers using pathway analysis in their studies as well as a hands-on training on the use on GeneGo analysis tools. A light breakfast and coffee will be provided.
