Bioinformatics Core (BiC): Contact

Bioinformatics services provided by the Stokes Bioinformatics Core are being formalized. What is central to this effort is the process of request intake, project evaluation, option exploration, plan evaluation, plan implementation, and results delivery. We have adopted the Request Tracker (RT) software to facilitate this. RT will keep track of all communications associated with a given request through an email thread. The "Contact Us" form below serves as the front end of RT and is used to generate a service request. All BiC bioinformatics services will go through RT.
