The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is actively improving the health of children around the world through clinical and basic research investigations.

We seek individuals who are passionate about both clinical and basic investigation. Some positions involve working in a laboratory, some involve helping to test new treatments and other are administrative or financial positions that support the work of researchers. With a wide range of jobs available, Stokes offers opportunities in a variety of disciplines and fields. Not everyone does research, but every employee’s work contributes to the overall research effort.
Stokes seeks candidates for traditional research opportunities as well as those not always associated solely with research. Traditional research positions are frequently available for:

Candidates looking for laboratory jobs should look for positions located in Abramson Center, while those looking for clinical research jobs should focus their search on the Market Street facilities, Abramson and Main Hospital. Administrative jobs are highly concentrated in Abramson and 3535 Market but we recommend exploring administrative openings in all locations to get the best idea of available opportunities.

*Note: Research positions may be located in any of the Philadelphia sites. Laboratory research positions are only located in the Abramson Research Center, most clinical research jobs are located in the Abramson Research Center; 3535, 3440 and 3550 Market St.; and the Main Building. Administrative and financial positions are located in Main, the Abramson Research Center and 3535 Market St.

If you want to apply for a position, click “submit” at the bottom of the job description.
On this screen, you may “create a new account,” or “log in” if you’re a returning applicant (registered user).
Fill out the profile information, including your resume. This information will be saved. You only need to fill this out once. Be as complete as possible. If you choose to apply for additional positions in the future, this profile will be used, as long as you’re logged-in under your original user name and password. You may go in to edit your profile at any time. Please do not create duplicate profiles.
