Human Resources

Research Human Resources is a joint unit of Hospital Human Resources and the CHOP Research Institute that specializes in recruiting research personnel and designing and developing goals that align with the Institute's strategic and operational plans and goals.

The department also investigates discrimination and harassment charges, develops resolutions and manages the recruitment strategy and development of staff plans. Research Human Resources provides advice on staff retention, employee/labor relations and performance-management implementation and management.

As The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute continues to prepare for upcoming recruitment efforts and growth, Research Human Resources continues to seek ways to attract qualified candidates and trainees.
