Human Resources
Research Human Resources is a joint unit of Hospital Human Resources and the Stokes Institute that specializes in recruiting research personnel and designing and developing goals that align with the Stokes Institute's strategic and operational plans and goals.
The department also investigates discrimination and harassment charges, develops resolutions and manages the recruitment strategy and development of staff plans. Research Human Resources provides advice on staff retention, employee/labor relations and performance-management implementation and management.
As the Joseph Stokes Jr. Research Institute continues to prepare for upcoming recruitment efforts and growth, Research Human Resources continues to seek ways to attract qualified candidates and trainees.
