Faculty Development
The Office of Faculty Development offers programs to support the success and satisfaction of all Children's Hospital faculty over the course of their professional lives. The office serves as a central clearinghouse for information on professional development opportunities and resources available at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and external institutions and professional organizations. The office also houses a library of resources available to assist in the recruitment, welcoming and on-boarding of new faculty. Additionally, the office honors outstanding mentors at Children's Hospital through an annual Mentor Award.
